Advantages: very small and fast
Disadvantages: could come in different sizes

Advantages: very very quiet, small, portable, cool looking, easy to upgrade
Disadvantages: not many DIMM slots, not many PCI slots

...To start off you can get this entire system for around £140 now. I've had this system for over 9 months now, and can give a long term test result/review. It has built in 100mb LAN, firewire, 4x USB2, onboard sound (which isn't that good in my opinion), digital out, (5.1) and integrated graphics, with handy headphone socket on the front and back. The case design is excellent, with *all* cables tied and tucked neatly into the case design, which improves airflow considerably! I have never seen a more tidier case! Well done Biostar! The manuals for installation and setup are clear and concise, and would enable the newbie to setup this PC easily and within an hour i reckon. Advantages: Very Small, Elegant, very very quiet
Disadvantages: Limited expansion capability (But then its not a server!)

...There have been many small form factor (SFF) cases around for a while now. Shuttle started the trend, and in many eyes has been eclipsed by the competition both in terms of quality and styling. What’s a SFF? A Small Form Factor case is a normal PC case with all of the usual components just smaller. In this instance the Biostar is 210mm x 323mm x 187mm approx. 8” x 13” x 8". Isn’t it expensive for a small case? That all depends on how you look at it I suppose! This case retails at about £90. For that you get the case, silent power supply, motherboard, CPU cooler (heatsink and fan) and a multi-format card reader. Separately these could cost you a lot more than that. Is there a catch?
