An exceptionally soothing skin care to comfort skin Effectively combats feelings of stinging, tugging, irritation & redness Lifts up the moisture level to regain skin natural balance
Advantages: Easy clean. Close shave. Use in shower. Good battery life. Built-in Nivea dispenser Disadvantages: Doesn't catch all stubble straight away
I have fairly sensitiveskin and up until now I have always used a wet shave razor. Wet razors didn't leave my skin burning, but they did leave the skin feeling very exposed and would cause it to dry out. Since I'd read that electric razors were good in countering this, I decided to give one a go: I went for this one because it was half price in Boots at the time and because I trust the Philips brand. I also liked that it was very easy to clean: you just have to run it under a tap, whereas other razors are a bit more tricky. It also looks quite sporty and can be used in the shower as it's completely waterproof.
The first use was brilliant. It was clean and so much closer than I imagined it would be. It almost felt closer than a wet shave. Subsequent shaves have slowed down a bit and I find that I have to keep going over the same areas ...
Advantages: Must be good or it wouldn't get so much Hype Disadvantages: Not good on sensitive skin
Both me & my sister treated ourselves to this 'miracle product' after hearing so much about it - it appears that it's what all the Celeb's use to make them look so radiant ! It apparently gets rid of the dark puffy patches you can get under your eyes. It basically 'highlights' that area making it look radiant - although if you overdo it you look like you have two White Eyes a la Gerri Halliwell :)
Well we thought we could do with some of that but instead ended up with red, dry, flaky, sore skin under our eyes. This did clear up after we discontinued using this product.
Admittedly we both have sensitiveskin but I wasn't aware of anyone else having this problem.
So if you have sensitiveskin please try before you buy ! It's an expensive mistake to make. (My friend was happy though - she got one for nothing !!)

SMELL AND TEXTURE
HEAVENLY is the only word really. The smell is hard to descibe except it is a wonderful lotiony creamy smell that goes with the gorgeous creamy texture of the pure white cream. It is quite heavy so maybe not recommended for oily skin as it goes on quite thick and can be a little greasy if you use too much, but it feels smooth and is absorbed well on the body.
It is a little slow to absorb on the skin on the face and you can be left with a slightly oily film, but once absorbed my skin feels so incredibly smooth and nice.
