Reggae Reggae Sauce came out a few years ago. It was a result of the tv show Dragon's Den and the person Levi Roots went on the show to ask for money to market his Sauce. It has become a hit, and I like the taste of it.

Just now this is on offer in Asda and Tesco for £1 per box, so we have stocked up on a few. They normally cost around £1.60. This is found in the freezer section.

You cook this in the Oven for about 20 minutes and this makes the Chicken tender inside and the outside slightly crisp.

You get 2 decent sized Chicken Breast in here. They are quite thick and quite long. Per Chicken Breast there is 220 calories, and I have the whole pack to myself as well as a good amount of Chips.

How does this taste then? It is nice and slightly different than other items in the Birds Eye range. The topping is a thin layer on top of the Chicken whereas the rest of the Chicken just tastes like the Birds Eye Chargrill range. The Sauce isn't runny, and just a spread of slightly spicy with a dash of Fruity tang. It tastes very Jamaican and has a slight kick to it.

I would say most people would like this as it isn't too hot and spicy but there is a slight kick there. It certainly livens up a piece of Chicken anyway.
