Tim Tam biscuits are lovely chocolate bars/biscuits and fast becoming my favourite biscuit of all time. They are Australian biscuits and they do not really stock them in this country apart from a few specialty shops in London I believe. ...a chocolate cream filling layer in the middle of two chocolate biscuits. They come in different flavours as well, Black Forest Fantasy being one of the best alternatives. Here's a fun tip for eating them that I learnt whilst I was in Australia - bite the top and the bottom off the biscuit and then dunk it into a hot cup of tea/coffee. Disadvantages: disgusting marshmellow and no jam

These teacakes are disgusting. The main problem is the marshmellow. The texture is very strange altogether. It is very soft, almost like undercooked egg white. It is almost runny. Also it is too sticky and sweet. The other problem with this teacake is the missing jam. A teacake is not a teacake without a coating of jam on the biscuit underneath the marshmellow, which should be first initially, but after some time on the tongue should start to soften. ...
