Advantages: good suction and very little else Disadvantages: weight, brush stays on when using tools, badly designed.
I bought from bissell direct(now thats another story!) and quickly found that when using the tools the brush still rotates. It marked my carpets so i called cust services who collected for a 'repair' although it clearly wasnt faulty. They returned with a new brush after about a week. The pet tool worked for three stairs and packed in. Its so big i couldnt carry it upstairs! I paid £49.99 and it isnt worth that never mind the silly price its at now!
