Advantages: Very light and easy to use. Disadvantages: Not heavy duty, pointless on hard floors.
I got the Bissell Quick Wash after spotting it in Tesco for a measly 70 quid. We have been planning to clean our carpets for some time. Bringing up 3 youngsters I shudder to think what lurks under my Shag Pile.
So an impulse buy really, the idea being that hiring a cleaner wouldn't be very satisfying if that tummy bug comes back or my youngest fails his potty training test.
I was quite impressed by how well it locked together with the minimum of assembly required. A Phillips screwdriver and three screws and you are there.
The unit comes with a goodly supply of cleaning fluid, four bottles of carpet shampoo and two bottles of hard floor cleaner. This was a bit annoying as I had bought some extra, it doesn?t state they are included on the box.

I first saw this machine being demonstrated on a home shopping channel. I had been thinking about getting a carpet cleaner for awhile as I have two children and my carpet does get a lot of abuse.
My parents have the Bissell Pro-Heat 2 upright cleaner and I had borrowed this twice, the biggest problem I had with it though was it left the carpets very wet and they take ages to dry especially in the winter.
When I watched the demonstration on tv the All Rounder seemed amazing it could clean both carpets and hard floors and was even easy to do stairs with on top of all that it was also a vacuum cleaner as well ...
