Finally after even more phone calls and letters they promised to send a replacement machine. ... ...has again failed to work. It started emitting a strong burning smell and then stopped working.
This machine has given me nothing but grief during the time I have owned it. I am now going to experience the greatest joy and pleasure of taking it down to the local council tip for disposal and will have the pure delight of seeing it finally leave my house for good. I shall be so very glad to see the back of it.

So PLEASE, Please DO NOT waste any of your hard earned cash on this ghastly awful product.
The one I owned has cost me not only the price of purchase, but enormous amounts of anger and frustration also, as I have already said, vast amounts of grief. This must be the worse cleaning product I have ever owned and I have had a few crap product in my time. This one I would rate as absolute CRAP! Save your money and hire a machine when needed. This machine is also very heavy, so you need arms and the strength of a heavy weight boxer to lift it.
All in all it is, as I say, pure CRAP! So be warned if you are thinking of buying one, just remember this review.
