    I recently Purchased the blackberry bold 9780 I've had the phone about 3 months now. I love the blackberry 9780 it's a fantastic phone, it looks the part and feels the part. I opted to choose the blackberry 9780 as i had enough of the Sony Erickson vivaz. The blackberry was a step in the right direction.     Advantages Advantages Good camera, fast interface, stylish & businesslike.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Stick to the iPhone, poor keypad, boring unless you want to be bombarded with work emails.

    At first glance, people tend to mistake the Blackberry 9780 for the older version, 9700. Obviously they both look the same (unless you buy the BB 9780) in white (which I have), but in all honesty they can be classified as the same phone, with one just being a bit newer than the other. I purchased the BB from Cex in London a few months ago. I was surprised to see how many were going for sale, it felt like they were throwing them away. Me, being a technology geek had to get one and replaced my iPhone for the latest Blackberry. It is very aesthetically pleasing and it feels moulded to your hands ... more

    at first i was reluctant to purchase this phone. i'd recieved a huge amount of positive feedback from friends, but moving from a touchscreen to a keypad phone seemed a huge step backwards in time! however within just a few hours of getting this phone i was convinced i'd made the right choice. in my opinion, the keypad hugely outweighs the benefits of a touchphone, without any of the downsides (such as the occasionally lagging on a touchscreen, or having to reset the points on a screen). not only is it easy to use, but it also allows quicker typing and more precision in your typing. in my ... more

    I bought my blackberry bold after i had a blackberry curve as i fell in love with the blackberry products! It has a full Qwerty keypad and a wide screen. Its keypad is superb. Its keys are spread out just the right amount and they're raised at one edge so you can easily distinguish between each one. The screen is quite impressive too, its very bright and sharp which is fantasic! The bold has a Trackball in the middle which is very straightforward and easy to use once you have the hang of it!     Advantages Advantages easy to use, decent camera, good sound, good for social networking

    I recently was able to get my hands on one of these beauties. I don't actually own one myself, but I think I saw and used one for long enough to be able to give a fair enough judgement. The main thing about this blackberry is that it operates using blackberry 6, which is a step up from previous blackberry operating systems and one that I am sure blackberry lovers would like, mainly since it is more updated and easy to use. However, from my knowledge of other blackberry bold's, there isn't too much differences to compare, so I would only really recommend buying this if you are new to blackberry ... more
