Great phone. Features are fantastic and its very duarable. Battery can be a bit poor with some apps running such as BBM, Twitter and Facebook. If this could be improved, phone would be outstanding. I have always had blackberries and they are my favourite phones. Would always get over a competitor. In my opinion, the touchscreen functionality is excellent and I never have any problems - even with chunky fingers. I like the blackberry app store and the keypad is idea. There are an excellent range of apps available whilst this is always improving. I often find that I need to charge the phone twice a day to make up for its usage. I would probably invest in a spare charger if this was possible.
