I actually own this phone and have done for a year or so it is great and the BBM feature is even better being able to connect with people who also have a blackberry for free meaning you can send pictures and music for free to other BBM users.
Its like a cheap I phone you have an apps store which you can get free apps from of games, funky backgrounds, gadgets to enhance the performance of your phone and much more.
I would personally recommend this phone to everyone! It's a good size it's also durable i do tend to drop my phone all the time and i must of dropped this one 10 times alone and it's still going strong.
I have never experienced anyone with problems on their phone and you know how much people love to complain it is what we are best at they are truely a smart phone that deserves credit.
I will be sticking with blackberry for as long as possible they will only get better and better and improvements are not even needed so who knows wht kind of fantastic phone they will come out with next.
Without a doubt in my mind i would say this is best phone going so many little things add to it for example being able to email, text, phone, take pictures, play music, listen to the radio, take videos, instant message the only thing i think is missing is conference calling or it may have it but i have never used it so this is the one improvement they could make and making it start up quicker.
