Advantages GOOD LOOKING PHONE AND THIN AND COMPACT
Disadvantages SLOW, UNRESPONSIVE AND RUBBISH BATTERY LIFE
On my 18th birthday I was really excited to be getting my first contract phone. Went into the o2 shop and purchased a Blackberry curve 9360 in black and at first I was really excited to get going and use it.
Its 3g (at times) but this was rare as it mostly said GPRS which usually made my internet either be really slow or didn't work at all. There is no extra features on this model apart from it being thin which IS NOT a good thing at all, the battery over heats it's self all the time which means the battery life lasts about 3-4 hours before it needs re-charging this wasn't good for me as I was in college and could not get to a socket or have my charger on me. So every day my phone went dead and this scared me if an emergency happened I wouldn't know about it or couldn't get in contact with anybody if I needed to. I went to the o2 shop and asked them about why this was happening and they had said everyone with this particular model it is happening with everyone but there is an update coming soon so I said thank you and waited to hear about this update.about a month after this I work to my phone not coming on I thought as this happened a lot that the battery was simply dead so I charged it but it had full battery the phone was re-booting it's self as normal but then it did it again and again and then again. I switched it off and went into the o2 store only to be told this is my fault and I will be charged for this. I refused to pay for something that is not my fault it's obviously a fault with the phone, I then went into another o2 store which said it's fine it will be covered in warranty and took it off for repair.
it came back and everything was perfect working great, I woke up another morning and the bottom of the screen was completely black but I couldn't be bothered going into the store again as I had enough of the phone being useless it then was switched off and I bought a new phone I switched this phone on again a month later to find half the screen now black so I gave up with it all together.I wouldn't recommend this to ANY BODY DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!
