I previously had the BlackBerry Storm 2 and although I liked the phone there were quite a few technical issues with it that made it very frustrating. BlackBerry seem to have learnt from their mistakes and the Torch 9860 is a massive improvement! It is faster, has no technical problems (had it 3 months now), and is generally a better phone (especially with the improvements to the touchscreen technology)

I feel that it is this phone is a must for any BlackBerry fans looking to make the change to a touchscreen. It has all the features of a BlackBerry (BBM etc) but the larger screen makes it easier to view pictures etc. The touchscreen qwerty keypad is also easy to use and i have fat fingers!!

It is as good as any smart phone on the market, although I think BlackBerry need to increase the amount of apps available to truly rival the iphone
