This product is useless. It takes two hands to keep the trimmer operating which means that you have to lean forward to get to the backs of hedges. The cable keeps moving towards the blade and you either have to use your feet to move it out of the way or use one of your hands, which means the trimmer stops. This is very frustrating as it happens throughout the whole hedge cutting process. B&D recommend you place the cable over your shoulder, so they are aware of the problem which didn't exist with my old B&D trimmer. This solution isn't any good for me as I don't have very large shoulders.
Also, a lot of the blade length is under the machine, which means that you only use about half of the blade length for cutting as this is the bit you can see.
