Got phone as free upgrade via vodafone website, offer was not availble in shop Thought phone was great apart from the fact it had no video record mode, really quick to send text messages, great if you dont get on with predicitive text, web access brilliant as well as sat nav feature. Set up can be complicated but once sussed how to use phone was easy. Camera good but could be higher pix. Batteryu lasts for ages even if you use the phone a lot, down side with my phone was the battery became useless after 3 months, charge would last just over a day and suddenly go dead without warning, despite showing full battery, this would result in the soft ware of the phone crashing and it being totally unusable for about 10 minutes once phone put on charge
