In my opinion the RIM Blackberry Curve 8310 is a fantastic phone for both Business or Personal use. The initial set-up process is simple and easy to follow. Adding contacts can be a little tricky but once you get used to the phone, its relatively easy. SMS, MMS etc all work in the same way as other mobiles. The only negative comments I have are regarding the GPS option which, can be a little slow and is not so effective as a standard Sat Nav; I would expect the battery standby time to be more practical. The wireless coverage level can sometimes limit the use of some of the phones features, which can be annoying. Overall, an excellent phone which has been made and constructed well, which I would recommend.
