User doesn't recommend the product

Advantages None so far!
Disadvantages Slow delivery (still not received my stuff), doesn't answer e-mails, doesn't have a telephone number

TERRIBLE !!! I placed my order Bank Holiday so I appreciate nothing will happen until Tuesday (26/8). It says all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, all items on website are in stock and if ANY problems they will contact me within 24 hours. Well it has now been 4 *working* days and I have yet not received an email saying it has been dispatched. It should have been sent "Recorded 1st Class" which takes no more than 3 days. I emailed them super early this morning (as they DON'T have a phone number!!!) and I have still not heard back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! It is either a ... more

Advantages Speedy delivery, good communication, great professional service, excellent choice.
Disadvantages Would like a contact number, not all communication via email

Had a really good experience with this site. I ordered a pair of size 9 trainers and was extremely impressed with delivery only a couple of days. Pulled the trainers out of the box and unfortunately they contained a size 8,wrong size in box as on box was 9. Contacted Blackleaf and they dealt with this quickly and professionally with good communication. I sent back the size 8 and although i did have to pay postage for recorded delivery they refunded me this cost promptly. The correct size was sent again with great speed. Disadvantages items taken 2 weeks to arrive , no phone number

We ordered 2 pairs of shoes a pair of shorts and 2 tees, after seeing all the other reviews we thought great, they can get it to us before we go on holiday! so 2 weeks later and after many emails part of the order has finally arrived! not a 'next day' service as we first thought. this very frustrating especially as there is no phone number to call to speak direct. due to go away on saturday morning so not holding out much hope for the rest of the order to arrive! very dissapointed at a very poor service. we will not be using them again and will not be reconmending them! now we have to go away ... more

This is the perfect shop! cheap clothes for the surfer/skater look Very good quality products at low prices Fast delivery Loads of clothes to choose from The websites updated daily The website emails you promotions and discounts and lets you know about the products. No sunnies and £65 pounds out of pocket. They even ignored all the emails i sent requesting help. Blackleaf is internet shopping at its worst! Save yourself some cash and use another site! less
