Had a really good experience with this site. I ordered a pair of size 9 trainers and was extremely impressed with delivery only a couple of days. Pulled the trainers out of the box and unfortunately they contained a size 8,wrong size in box as on box was 9. Contacted Blackleaf and they dealt with this quickly and professionally with good communication. I sent back the size 8 and although i did have to pay postage for recorded delivery they refunded me this cost promptly. The correct size was sent again with great speed.

Overall great site used again with no problems and the first experience proved to me if anything should occur you can be confident it will be sorted.

The only thing i will say slightly negative is they don't have a contact number available everything is dealt with via email. This did work in my case however i was initially put off by this. I think contact numbers give a little more assurance in peoples minds. I am a wear this is an online only company but if you know you can actually can talk to somebody if needed gives me more confidence in using online stores.
