We ordered 2 pairs of shoes a pair of shorts and 2 tees, after seeing all the other reviews we thought great, they can get it to us before we go on holiday! so 2 weeks later and after many emails part of the order has finally arrived! not a 'next day' service as we first thought. this very frustrating especially as there is no phone number to call to speak direct. due to go away on saturday morning so not holding out much hope for the rest of the order to arrive! very dissapointed at a very poor service. we will not be using them again and will not be reconmending them! now we have to go away without the things we ordered and have no time to shop elsewhere :(
