I ordered a pair of shoes in UK size 10 and after two weeks of waiting, a US size 10 turned up at my door. Despite my plea to get this turned around quickly, no one seemed to care that a mistake had been made. It then took a lot of emailing to finally get someone to rectify this. This took a further two/three weeks. They eventually refunded the postage after a lot of arguing. In an attempt to give them a second chance, a couple of months later i ordered another two pairs of shoes. Refused to refund return postage after they sent the wrong item. I notified them that the listing I ordered from had two different sub images after receiving the wrong item. I took a screenshot and sent it to them (see attached image). They haven't acknowledged or responded to my emails regarding the photographic evidence and incorrect listing. Since then the listing has been amended and I received a response claiming that I ordered the wrong item, meaning they will not refund me. After reading reviews I was a bit dubious about using this company, but after a bit of research I found out that most of those reviews were from when Blackleaf was under its old ownership. I'm going on holiday in a few weeks so need some board shorts and normally a TKMaxx bargain hunter I was disappointed with what was on offer so tried some online retailers. Blackleaf was the cheapest by far for what I was after and had the best selection on offer. I have now purchased several items from Blackleaf and felt compelled to write a review. Each time that i have made a purchase the service has been excellent and when i had to return an item (that was a bit tight on the waist) the returns procedure was simple and I quickly received the size i needed. The staff were really helpful when i called and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. My last purchase was a pair of DC Trainers and they were discounted by £10.01 off the rrp .The delivery guideline was 2 to 3 days and they arrived 2 days after ordering so i was pleased with that. Hi , I purchased this bottle a couple of months back and have been using it everyday since for my water bottle at work. From the first time that i clicked through to Blackleaf.com i could tell that i had come to a website worth bookmarking, its easy to navigate sire made it fast and simple to find the item that i was after. They had a great rang of products that i was to choose from, and in the end going with the larger 750ml CamelBak Groove.
