I received this product for Christmas and have had a lot of fun playing with it. It is a simple 2 rotor design remote control helicopter made from black polystyrene. The two rotors work independently so their power can be adjusted to give a more stable flight.

The controls are very simple with a thumb stick to control lift, one to control turning and a dial in the middle that adjusts the amount of power to each rotor individually so the helicopter will remain straight and not spin in flight. The controller uses infra red signals to control the helicopter and has a side compartment which opens to reveal the "Docking Port" which is where you plug in the helicopter to recharge it, which is very simple to use.

Also in the box are stickers to decorate the helicopter making it more appealing and also a very useful instruction sheet that details the controls, how to charge and possible errors and how to adjust them.

The main downside to the product is that the remote control requires 6 AA batteries which are not included in the box. I thought this was a rather large amount considering the size of the product. However they do last for quite a long time allowing plenty of flight time with one set of batteries.

I also found that it is quite hard to control the spinning of the helicopter even with the dial in the middle. Just when you have it right the batteries in the helicopter will drain some more and it wont be right again.

Overall i found the product very enjoyable and easy to get it flying, practice will dictate how well you can control it. I would recommend this product to potential buyers, its light weight design makes it quite robust and would be suitable for young children (recommended 8+). At a snip of the cost of some professional helicopters, its brings flying toys within the reach of all people.
