    Advantages Advantages Beautiful graphics, great gameplay

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Sequel is better and available at this point

    Blazblue: Calamity Trigger is the first in Arc System Work's Blazblue serious, released on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. The game is a fully 2D fighting game, with high resolution sprites. The game has a rather complicated storym based on it's main characters of sorts (Noel, Ragna and Jin) but it's not central to the game. It's a nice diversion, but in the end it's not that important. Graphically the game is stunning, with large vibrant sprites and great animated backdrops. The variety of characters look great and each plays vastly different to the other.
