...get a bit of friction which wears out quite quickly. It's got a good capacity but the hand mixer doesn't reach as far down to the bottom of the jug as I'd like. This was ideal for me - I didn't want to pay a fortune for a 'smoothie maker' when this would do the job just as well and I got a grinder as a bonus! Advantages: blends and crushes almost everything you could want to drink
