    Advantages Advantages Lovely, light formulation of body lotion, quickly absorbed, gives soft to the touch skin

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Flimsy packaging that could be alot better!

    Up until recently I have never been a fan of The Body Shop. I like the ethics behind things i.e being cruelty free and kind to the earth and so on, however over the years lots of ranges have popped up offering similar things at usually a cheaaper price in allsorts of stores. However in Weston Super Mare we lack shops and as the months roll by we lose more of them. Basically when it comes to toiletries we have Superdrug, Boots and The Body Shop and of course supermarkets and so on but no LUSH!     I've only really started shopping at The Body Shop recently after reading some really good reviews on Dooyoo. What prompted me to try this was reading an excellent review by alyson29. The product I'm reviewing here is their Mango Whip Body Lotion. I bought a 60ml bottle for £3.00, its also available in a 250ml bottle costing £8.00. I love their mango products, they smell so delicious, really fruity but more fresh than sweet. The bottle is made from clear plastic allowing you to se the creamy yellow lotion inside.     Advantages Advantages Leaves skin soft, smells lovely, a little goes a long way.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages A lot of lotion left in bottle becuase of pump.

    Price and Availability Since moving in with my partner, we seem to have an endless supply of lotions and potions in the bathroom and we both have loads of products. This also means that I’ve been able to try loads of new bits and bobs without paying out for them.     Advantages Advantages Gorgeous smell, soaks in quickly and leaves skin soft and hydrated.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages You can't always get all of the product out of the bottles and it's not the cheapest lotion.

    *HOW I CAME ABOUT THIS PRODUCT* Last year, one of my friends purchased a body shop gift set as part of my birthday present. This Mango Whip body lotion was part of the set, but in a smaller (60ml) size. I loved it so much I decided to purchase a normal (250ml) sized bottle for myself. *THE PACKAGING* The lotion is sold in a clear plastic bottle, similar to the shape of other body shop products.     I love The Body Shop Mango Shower Gel and the scent of Mango in general I like to use so when I saw this in The Body Shop I decided to try it. I have 1 of the Body Shop cards which give you 10% off your purchases and you also get a few gifts with the Card. You get £5 to spend on your birthday, and £5 and £10 when you use your card a certain amount of times. The Card only costs £5 so you get your money back if you buy a few things - or even if you just use it for the Birthday present then you haven't lost anything. I chose to put my £5 towards this.
