Bodychef superfoods diet
I have so far lost 9 pounds in two weeks and have lost 1.5 inches off my hips (and bust, unfortunately!), plus an inch off my neck (?!) I am on the superfoods diet.The food is delicious and I have only felt hungry once a week, and then mildly. I have a very big appetite and exercise quite a bit, so I usually find diets insufferable. This is the only one I've stuck to for two weeks. Actually, I have added two glasses of wine a week, so I suppose I haven't entirely stuck to it!
If you get bored or don't like a particular programme, you can change to a different one at any time. You can state your dislikes and allergies, and they will adjust your menu accordingly. The daily calorie count on the diet I'm doing is 1600 calories, which provides enough energy to exercise and feel good.I would recommend this diet. It is expensive, but it feels very luxurious not to have to cook or shop for your food. I still have to shop and cook for my kids, and I thought that would be annoying, but it's fine.
