I have used Bold for a number of years and have aways found the powder ok, however last year I decided to change to the tablets and change from the yellow box to the blue and now I have changed to the lilac box.
I love the smell of lavender and use fresh lavender in my bedrooms (not near to the beds as it can cause headaches). Lavender relaxes and aids sleep. It can also relieve anxiety and low spirits. Camomile is renowned for helping to soothe and alleviate stress.
Bold is made by Procter and Gamble a giant name amongst household cleaners. Bold tablets are an easy and convenient way to wash your clothes as they are pre-measured, so they're ready to pop straight into the drawer of the machine.I am terrible for spilling powder on the floor so I find the tablets invaluable. All Bold products are biological.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE OF BOLD LAVENDER & CAMOMILE
I split open the box, bit fiddley but hey ho - took out a small lilac pack and opened the packaging, mmmmm nice smell, popped the two tablets in the washing machine drawer. I loaded the clothes in to the drum and twisted the dial to 40 degrees and pressed start. My washine machine begain to fill. I popped the kettle on and made a cup of coffee and read a magazine until the cycle had finished. I opened the door and wow what a smell just as lavender should smell, it seems lavender is the predomiant smell. The clothes was soft and clean.
The down side to using the 2 in 1 is that the smell seems to fad quickly. I hung the clothes outside to dry, but when I went to fetch them in, the smell had faded alot. By the time I had ironed and put the clothes in the wardbrobe the smell had all most vanished. Shame really.
Bold 2 in 1 can be purchased for any leading supermarket, I got mine from Asda and paid about £4.64 for 48 tablets. I think the tablets are worth it. But I may invest in some matching fabric softerner just for the smell factor. If you wish to try Bold free go to their website you can request a package but its one per household
