Despite French-sounding name, Bon Prix is a budget part of the German (and the world's largest) mail order company, Otto GmbH. They operate in 10 countries and claim 14 million customers (though it's not clear whether this refers to Bon prix alone or Otto as a whole). I came across Bonprix on the Internet when I clicked by accident on one of their banners. The initial page was quite inviting so I checked them and soon I found some clothes that looked good and were for affordable price. I didn’t hesitate too long and placed my first order. The website can be accessed on www.bonprix.co.uk. The menu is user friendly and the search engine on the site works quite well too. They have separate category for Women, Lingerie, Men, Kids, Shoes, Home & Living, Sports & Swimwear and now even for Christmas. Ive been using Bonprix now for a couple of years & have found them on a whole ok. They do very cheap clothes (jumpers from about £15, tops from £8 etc) but the quality of the clothes is still very good despite the price. They have a wide selection of clothes for men, women & children & they tend to do basic clothes so jumpers, fleeces, casual trousers etc, its not the best place for high street fashion but if you want basics then its ideal. I bought clothings from Bon Prix over a year ago and apart from their very slow service, I was very pleased with the clothes, style, sizing and amazed at how reasonably priced they were. Communication with them is very poorly as initially they used to send a letter when an item was out of stock but my recent dealings with Bon Prix have been a living nightmare. Awful experience with Bon Prix. I missed 2 months payments and cleared the whole amount plus interest on the 3rd Month. ThePENALTY letters arrived later than the date shown on them and allowed only a week to sort it out. Otherwise you will be clobbered with another £12. This is how Bon Prix see you if you missed a payment: Bon Prix: "You refused payment" Me:No I did not refuse, I forgot! It happens! and I PAID!
