Having ordered and paid for my £300+ online purchase from Bon Prix over three months ago, I waited for 7 weeks to receive some of my items. In phone calls during this time, Bon Prix denied having withdrawn the money and withdrew the amount again! When my goods finally arrived, many items were missing (presumably stolen or simply omitted from the badly split bag that they came in), and the clothes were of a very poor quality. I returned the clothing well-packaged for safe delivery when the unprofessional Hermes courier arrived almost a week late, and despite having received an email from Bon Prix confirming receipt of my parcel, they're now denying their own email. With their denial of all other emails that we have obviously saved, I shouldn't be surprised should I? To this day, more than 3 months after paying the company so much money, we are still waiting to be refunded. Oh, and don't bother waiting to hear the different options on their phone system - the same people answer all options. When trying to make a claim through the small claims court, surprise surprise - the address that adorns their letter head and the one they confirm exists does not, it seems. If we weren't having to experience this ourselves, we simply wouldn't believe it could happen in the UK. Now very worried that we may never see our money again, so please keep your fingers crossed for us. x
