I am really lucky to have natural good conditioned hair but sometimes I need to treat my hair. People while get facials, manicures and so on however, when it comes to their hair they will do nothing. Some people do not use conditioner at all; this shocks me every time I hear this.
From an early age I have use Pantene products. I think it is important not to use the same conditioner or shampoo all the time. I feel the hair gets use to it eventual and the effects are no longer great. I tend to buy a different conditioner each time depending what I feel my hair needs. I think it is also important to use the same make of shampoo and conditioner so they can work together to keep the hair healthy.

this product for about 4 weeks now and still have about two thirds or so left - well over half anyway. As I mentioned, how much is used will depend on individual hair type and length but I envisage this tub lasting me about another 8 weeks so that's around 12 uses in total which I don't think is bad at all.
There are no negatives with this product for me (unless it's not used correctly!) and I'm sure it could work just as well without using Pantene shampoo and conditioner first. I am also aware that the label says 'winter' rescue but see no reason why this can't be used all year round to help hair's health. ...
