Bonne Maman Strawberry Conserve

Bonne Maman Strawberry Conserve (370g) This strawberry conserve is I think my most favourite brand of strawberry conserve / jam. My mum used to make my most favourite strawberry conserve/jam, but sadly she is in heaven now and unlikely to make me any more. Conserve is made of large often whole pieces of fruit with jam you get smaller pieces and more jell. Bonne Maman says it uses 50g of strawberries per 100g.
