A recent experience where a special offer was e-mailed to me sums up the company. They stated that ordering it would allow it to be delivered before Christmas. After they failed to deliver, they ... ...blindingly obvious that they had stated that they would deliver before Christmas. Better than that Customer services after many auto responders and forwards and backwards e-mails reckoned it wasn't their fault at all.
If you are going to buy anything from Boogaloo allow yourself 4 to 6 weeks to get the goods and I suggest that after 2 days from order acknowledgement start e-mailing and asking where your goods are. ...
