Advantages: A good sound Disadvantages: No Weslife's usual type of music
Shane, Bryan, Kian, Nicky and Mark. They were signed by Simon Cowell and are currently managed by Louis Walsh. Since their formation the bands music has greatly evolved and moved from teen pop to contempary adult music. In 2004 Bryan left the band to work on solo projects but despite rumours the rest of the band carried on performing and are still performing today. Together the boys have released - albums, sold more than 40 million records worldwide and gained 14 number one singles in the UK with I Have a Dream/Seasons in the Sun staying at the number 1 spot for 4 weeks in 1999. Their albums are; Westlife, Coast to Coast, World of Our Own, Unbreakable, Turnaround, Allow us to be Frank, Face to Face, The Love Album, and Back Home. It is Allow us to be Frank that I will be reviewing today.

Advantages: Musically and lyrically entertaining Disadvantages: The nature of the collection does provide a couple of patchy moments
When Frank Turner left Million Dead, he expressed a desire to keep playing songs and to keep touring, but didn?t want to be part of a band any longer. The album begins with the title track from his second EP, ?The Real Damage?. It?s an interesting song that rather worryingly proves to be an accurate reflection of far too many nights in my own life recently and it?s such a vivid story of life that most people would find something in the lyrics that they can identify with. Musically, it?s a heavily folk influenced tune with a quite ...
Advantages: A musical lesson in the history of british guitar pop.Musically&lyrically cool&catchy.Retro appeal Disadvantages: Not their best album, but definitely doesnt deserve to have flopped as much as it did.
" and "Up the Junction".
-Squeeze also houses the legendary piano skills of Jools Holland but he left the band in late 1980 to form the Millionaires.
-Difford and Tilbrook ended their time with squeeze in 1982 but not their collaboration as a strong songwriting duo. They went on to write for Paul Young, Billy Bremner and Jools Holland.
- In 1985 the band reunited to do a charity gig, which made Difford, Tilbrook and Holland to permanently re-form.
Right now for the album; Frank, was released in 1989. It was an instant flop. During the supporting tour for Frank, their label A&M ditched Squeeze. Soon after Holland left the band to concentrate on his career in music and entertainment (for the BBC).
So for those that dont know, Frank is lyrically and musically like the lighter Elvis Costello and the attractions stuff mixed with some ...
