Disadvantages: Slightly higher delivery charges sometimes as products come from different websites.

I have always used Play.com for buying any DVD's,CD's & Books. I find that their prices are very reasonable compared to most online stores. Also cheaper than many stores in our local shopping centre. DISGUSTING BUYER BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE i ordered an item before christmas at the beginning of december item was advertised and didnt state out of stock. money was taken from my account .About a week before christmas I checked back on site to find they couldnt get the item and i had to rush out to the shops to try and find it which i didnt manage!
