Amazon- too big for its own good?

Advantages: Huge choice of items, Sellers system is great for buying and selling
Disadvantages: Buying from amazon direct can be more expensive and items are sometimes delayed in arriving

I've been using Amazon to buy and sell books, dvds and albums for many years now, and though the experience has been a positive one overall it hasnt been without its downsides. DISGUSTING BUYER BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE i ordered an item before christmas at the beginning of december item was advertised and didnt state out of stock. money was taken from my account .About a week before christmas I checked back on site to find they couldnt get the item and i had to rush out to the shops to try and find it which i didnt manage! Also i have an ongoing dispute with them over a faulty game i purchased ...

Disadvantages: They send the not so urgent things on my list first.

Love film is very good. You've got a wide range of DVD's to choose from and they are shipped out very quickly. You are certainly getting your moneys worth. They also have many DVD's which have just come out on DVD's - and although there is a long queue for thewm, love film makes sure they get them to you as soon as possible.
