It is nice and compact - about the same size as some travel dryers but without the folding handle which makes it much more sturdy. It can be used in areas of 240V or 220V.
It is very powerful and dries my very thick hair in about 15 minutes.
The director nozzle is a good feature although ... ...concentrate the air onto a small piece of hair and in fact seems to do the opposite - it spreads the flow of air onto a larger section. This may be a disadvantage if you are drying small sections of hair but I find it an advantage as it dries more hair in one go.
It has two power settings - gentle or very powerful but it does not have any heat settings. I have found this to be the main disadvantage as I sometimes find the heat too ... more

I would highly recommend this dryer for anyone looking for a cheap compact dryer which does the job without any fancy features. I use my hair dryer simple for drying and style my hair with straightening irons and I find that it is a lovely little dryer for this task.
