For this reason I decided to donate the shampoo to my other half to try. It was the one for 'normal' ... ...now!?
Boots do do a men's range of Botanics but I actually don't like the smells nearly as much - so I will continue to buy him the 'other' range.
There are a few shampoos and conditioners for all types of hair and they all smell different but very nice. One smells of grass and another of tropical fruit - so again - it's all very wholesome, outdoors, holiday kind of things.

Well, he loved it and came out raving that it smelt of holidays!
Needless to say, I got a bit jealous.
I have continued to buy the shampoo 'for him' whenever there is a nice three for two thing going on - and of course I swipe it for myself all the time. He hasn't noticed, bless him. He still thinks I'm a wonderfully generous girlfriend!
I've experimented with loads of products in the range - and because I can easily convince other half that it is a 'men's range' he is happy to slap it all over. Wow, does he smell fab now!?

The conditioners have a pump action which is a nice touch. We girls like detail like that.
Both shampoo and conditioner leave the hair clean and shiny.
I've also tried the man out on moisturising deep clean foam - which again smells great (not from the men's range) and got the thumbs up from him.
So, all in all the standard range is the best unisex set of products I've come across and the prices aren't bad at all.
Buy them on offer and you'll get a nice little bargain.

...bought it for £3.89 from Boots of course and used it with the botanics conditioner for blonde's.
The shampoo is a nice yellow colour which i like and smells, i think, like grass which sounds strange but it really does smell nice.
You only need a small amount to massage into your head and it really does lather up well, i rinse with cold water and then use the botanics conditioner.
I have long hair and i can comb through my hair no problems and ...

I had always fancied using boots botanics shampoo but being a poor student didn't have enough money to buy any. For my christmas my auntie had bought me a little gift pack with mini bottles of botanics shampoo and conditioner.
For now on this will be the shampoo i will be using as it cleans your hair deep down and strips away all the pollution and dirt that makes your hair limp and lifeless. After using this shampoo your hair feels really clean ... ...I would strongly recomend this shampoo to everyone as it really cleans your hair and the feeling lasts for a long time. It is available from all boots stores and im not sure how much it costs but it is about the same price as most other shampoos. ...

I bought this shampoo as I was getting fed up of all the usual brand names doing nothing special with my hair. Boots has a "BOGOF" on Botanics, so I thought I would give it a go.
The Packaging:
The shampoo comes in a thin tall bottle of 250ml. The packing is clear plastic. There is a deep red label on the front the has the following
- the boots logo in grey
- The power of plants (I think this is a slogan for the botanics range)
- BOTANICS
and two ligher red boxes
- Radiant Red Colour Enhancing Shampoo
- Nourishng. With Henna Extract and moisturising honey
On the back of the bottle there is the following information:
"Plant Extracts that really work.
This henna colour enhancing shampoo with moisturising honey will maintain a lustrous silky finish to your hair"

At this time of year many people suffer with dry skin on their hands, because of the change in weather and central heating being on etc. It's always nice to have soft feeling hands though, which is where this product can help.
As with the majority of Botanics products - the packaging is fairly simple, yet still has that look of good quality. The hand and nail treatment comes in a clear plastic squirty tube, that stands on its flip top lid. This is good in that you can see what the product looks like through the tube.
