My fiancé and I got slightly sun burnt whilst working in the garden not long after we moved into our house, not thinking it was overly hot neither of us applied sun cream resulting in slightly burnt shoulders. The product There are a range of things the calamine lotion is useful for including s sunburn, eczema, rashes, poison ivy, chickenpox, and insect bites and stings but to be honest the main 2 reason I have used this lotion is for sunburn and when my children had chicken pox. The product comes in a glass bottle with a screw top lid which is easy to remove it is pink in appearance and does have a strong chemical/ medical smell to it that all though is really strong is not over bearing once the product is on your skin. Holiday season was over but we actually did'nt had the best new year celebration because my little boy had a chicken pox that time so the first few days we were a bit exhausted. Late nights because of high temperature and my little one started to feel ithchy. We immediately looked for any gel or cream to use for those spots. Well, it's that time of year again isn't it? No, I'm not talking about christmas. I mean it's the time of year when all the bugs and infections are doing the rounds and it's hard to find anyone who hasn't had this, that and the next thing in the last few weeks.
