Advantages cheap, easy to use, harmless & it worked
Disadvantages not a hollywood smile if that's what you're after.
I needed a bit of brightening to my teeth as a red wine & coffee drinker without the harshness of some programmes on the market - decided on this one as trust the Boots brand. It costs £14.99 I think, but I got it when on offer with a third off.It can be used for up to 14 days, but I only did 7 days, twice a day and noticed a difference, and my teeth weren't even that bad to start with.
The instructions looked long when I first got them out, but they are actually easy to follow if you do it step by step. 2 rubbery teeth moulds come in the box which you've got to put in hot water and then press your teeth into to mould to your shape.Once that's done all you have to do each day is clean your teeth with a pre-whitening toothpaste, put a small amount of whitening gel in the moulds, rub some accelerator on your teeth then put the trays in your mouth for 10-20 mins.
it doesn't taste bad, is simple and entirely painless. I've saved the rest to do it again in July.- warnings from packet - I didn't need but just in case you may -
Good luck and Enjoy!
