Boots Extracts Cocoa Butter Sugar Scrub

Sometimes I think I spend my life exfoliating, which possibly explains why I had to admit that my old body scrub (the Mango one from the Boots Extracts range) was completely finished last week. Luckily when I went shopping, Boots had an offer on most of the Extracts range so I got this cocoa butter one for £5 instead of the usual £7.50. Extracts range I am quite familiar with the Boots own Extracts range, having used many of the products since it was launched many years ago as the Mediterranean range. What has changed the most about the range over the years is the prices, which seem to creep slowly upwards all the time! A 400ml tub of this body scrub costs £7.95 - with this you will also get 28 Boots Advantage Card points. Boots Extracts Cocoa Butter Sugar Scrub is, I think, the first and only sugar scrub that I have used. I bought it on a whim when looking for a body butter for my mum; I've been hooked on the Body Shop Cocoa Butter scrub for years, but at a larger size and a much lower price (£7.50 instead of £12.50), the Boots scrub seemed worth a go. Opening the tub there is a noticeable smell of cocoa butter, but I find it is not quite as strong as the Body Shop version, and also not quite so rich. I got this as part of a box set recently from Boots which included this sugar scrub, the body butter and the body was for £10 which I thought was a bargain, unfortunately the body butter is the only one worth having! The first time I used this sugar scrub I wasnt too sure about it, now a few weeks later I definitely do not like it at all, so much that I have given it away to a friend to see if they can use it as I think it is just awful!
