This is a deep conditioning hair treatment which is to be used once a week. Applied to towel dried clean hair and left to condition for five minutes then rinsed off. I was quite disappointed with this, it smells nice peppermint and mentol but really did not much for my hair. Compared to other deep conditioners, it could do better. It did leave my hair nice and soft but no more than usual. It comes in a dish shaped container which is great to stick your fingers into but easily spilt.
