Ordered a Samsung american style fridge freezer. Overall excellent serivice. Ordered monday arrived perfectly on wednesday. Excellent communications throughout. Great value and points! Totally happy!

...no circumstances buy anything from Boots Kitchen Appliances. I bought a cooker online and was to have it delivered on a Saturday. They informed me of a 4 hour delivery slot on the previous day. It was to be delivered between 7am and 11am. I was called on 7am to inform me they were on their way. They arrived at 8am and got me out of bed. I have ordered a dishwasher and received order and delivery date confirmation e-mail, however one day before delivery I received a call that the delivery has to be postopned by 3 working days . I agreed with the new date only to receive another call one day before new delivery date that the applicance I ordered in no longer is stoclk. ...received a call from the driver and we agreed that the delivery would be done at 3 PM, however in the morning I found a notication sheet in my mail slot, i.e. the driver showed up in the morning while I was sleeping. Ordering the product went very smoothly - that's where the smooth experience ended. 2 days before delivery I was phoned and told it would be delivered on time, then they tried to sell me an extended warranty - I declined!
