Advantages: None, at all, what-so-ever, not even advantage points at the moment.
Disadvantages: Raised blood pressure, 2.5 working days lost with no compensation, wrong appliance

...not ever consider buying from Boots Appliances. In short, they delivered the wrong appliance, on the wrong day, with a dent - and we have had to pay extra for the privilege. It has one star in the rating as you can't give it none. We ordered a new fridge freezer in mid July, for delivery on a Monday in Mid-August. ...spent the day battling with Boots to try to get them to send us a replacement ASAP - fridges and freezers being quite useful in the middle of the summer (even a British one!). Their prices are great , I couldnt find better, and their customer service is first class, but their delivery service will leave you totally lost for words. I ordered 5 major appliances and they delivered only 2 of them and the 2 they actually managed to deliver turned out to be the wrong colour!. They couldnt then deliver for another 3 days ... ...the delivery serivce offered by Boots is depressingly similar to others on this website. I wish I had read them before purchasing and bought somewhere else! I went for Boots because I thought (incorrectly as it turned out) that the service would be good because it was Boots. The website and purhcase part of the process was fine, since then the delivery experience has been dreadful. I paid the extra charge for next day delivery and recieved a text ...

Ordered a Samsung american style fridge freezer. Overall excellent serivice. Ordered monday arrived perfectly on wednesday. Excellent communications throughout. Great value and points! Totally happy!

...no circumstances buy anything from Boots Kitchen Appliances. I bought a cooker online and was to have it delivered on a Saturday. They informed me of a 4 hour delivery slot on the previous day. It was to be delivered between 7am and 11am. I was called on 7am to inform me they were on their way. They arrived at 8am and got me out of bed. Then informed me they had a dishwasher instead of a cooker. I ask you!!! We arranged another Saturday and was informed ...
