Overall, this is a decent prodect, especially at that price. If, like me, you want to experiment with liquid eyeliner without the hefty price tag, this is the one for you. Well well. I have to admit im addicted to eyeliner. So here i was, a very agitated customer standing in boots, ready to buy the nearest pencil i could find,as my other one had ran out that morning. Another downside was that it wears down quite quickly,though i do wear alot of eyeliner,but once sharpened you get a dark defined line,so im pretty happy with sharpening it alot aslong as it works. The Penicl itself is white,the top is painted whatever colour your eyeliner is,and the lid is seethrough,which is good for checking wether it needs sharpened or not.
