I have smoked for over 30 years and this is what I used to help me stop. I have been off cogarettes for 7 weeks now. I have a nicassist every time I get the urge to smoke espcially when having alcahol and so far its worked for me. Not touched a ciggy even when I have the urge, I just reach for one of these. They do however make you sick if you have too many!! ...
