Boots Parenting Club Changing Bag

When I became pregnant a whole new world of freebies suddenly opened up to me! I was amazed by what things you could get from the Bounty packs full of free samples to this Boots changing bag!

What do you do?
All we had to do was go into the Boots store and join up to their parenting club. This involved us filling in a form with our details and then thats it! Signed up!

What does the club involve?
The club then means you get the free changing bag with all it's goodies and then every few months Boots send out a booklet with their baby products in and several coupons off various things. They tend to make sure that they keep your details on file so they know how old your baby is so that the coupons they send out are all relevant as possible such as the correct size nappies or the weaning items etc.

What came in the bag?
The bag came with some free pampers nappies which were great as they gave us a chance to try them for free before deciding whether to go for Pampers or huggies or other brands.It also had some Johnson's baby oil, some tommee tippee cup and a few other basics such as a bottle and some tootsies.

The quality.
The items were all leading brands of baby products so they were great! They were all freebies which could be used, none of the useless things you often get given as samples that are too small or just not relevent to use, these all had a point and we have used each item. They were great as they made us use them when we may not have done so before such as the tippee cup we may never have used but now we do all the time!

The bag itself.
I spent a lot of money on a designer changing bag as a treat to myself but I have found myself using this bag a lot more now. It's not huge so it's really practical as I can hang it off the back of the pushchair without weighing it down. It comes with a fold away changing mat and a thermal pocket inside for keeping bottles warm. The space inside is plenty big enough for a few nappies, wipes, bags, purse, change of clothes and a small blanket which is deal. I like the fact that the bag is black and grey so my husband doesn't feel stupid walking down the street with it like he does with my bright pink designer bag! It's also really good as it has a long strap so it's easy to just put it over your shoulder so yu have free hands for carrying your baby!

Value for money.
Well what can I say? I paid NOTHING! It was free! All it cost was a few minute's time filling in a form and that was it! It is definitely great value for money! I think that all Boots stores do this, all the larger ones do anyway so definitely check it out if you are expecting a baby as it really comes in useful and it's free so what more could you ask for really?!
