Last December I was travelling to Barcelona , I attended boots shop to buy a cream and sow that Boots does Travel insurance , so I decided to take up the insurance for my 4 day trip , it costed me £14.99 . I did not thought that it will be a good insurance company at all .
In Barcelona my camera boke and I became really ill and had £300 in my bag , during the hospital stay I some how lost that money it was very wierd the way it was lost but because I was half uncontious I did not know if some one took it or I lost it.
I came back to Uk and phoned up BOOTS Travel Insurance and explained to them what had happend , in three days they sent me forms and asked me to provide proof of purchase for the camera and the prrof of the money withdrawn from my account, I sent the camera to them and all the proofs. In two weeks they sent me the money for the camera and my lost £300 pound. The call centre operator was very helpfull and helped me all the way through . Boots Travel Insurance is something worht taking and better than other insurance I have seen , I never had to do a claim before but my first experiance was great and hassle free. I recomment this product to every one .
