Boots Sleep Pillow Mist Lavender

When it comes to sleeping I have always been very fortunate. My head would simply hit the pillow and within minutes I would be in a long deep sleep. However, after moving house last year my sleep has not been as good as it was. I would not say that it is a major problem but just that some nights I struggle to get to sleep or I fall into a deep sleep and then am wide awake a couple of hours later. I was given this as a present a few years ago by my mother, who was probably fed up with me moaning about how I couldn't sleep. I think she paid about £5-6 for it, which is a bit much given that it doesn't last very long if you have a long-term sleeping problem. I sprayed the product, as directed, onto my pillow. The smell was quite strong but not really unpleasant. But each time I used it, I lay there most of the night thinking 'Hmm, that's an interesting smell'.
