After hearing so much about skin cancer from UV rays I decided to go fake last summer even though i'd been warned from many about 'The you've been tango'd look' i might achieve. After many trips in search of the right self tanning lotion i was recommended 'Boots Soltan medium self tanning lotion' which comes in either a moose or lotion formula and either especially designed for body and face or one which ideally suits just your face.
Its also nice to have a choice of colour strength like this product which came in two different strengths such as medium and dark. I found that the medium tanning lotion for face and body best suited pale skin like my own.
The result i got was fantastic and i recommend it to all those people who want to get that perfect tan the safer way. There was not a streak in sight. I also advise to use a sponge whilst applying the lotion as i found that this also lessened the chance of those dreaded orange lines. Allow 2-3 hours for your tan to develope properly and dont come into contact with clothes or fabrics within the first half an hour of applying it.
A positive fact about this product is that it is also Hypoallergenic so i recommend it for people with sensitive skin like myself. Plus another advantage of this product was that you didnt have to keep topping it up as it lasted for longer than i expected. The only downside of this product was its price, it set me back for a 200ml bottle £6.99 but its definatly still worth buying this product ;)

Good op - more people should read this - my partner has skin cancer caused by sun - very dark skinned he always thought it was cool to have a tan and now he is paying the price. He has a large hole in his back where the cancer was - and will have to be monitored very careful and regularly for the next 6 years to make sure it doesn't come back. One of the girls at work uses similar type products, don't know what, but I ended up telling her off today for sunbathing in this beautiful weather - which goes to show how realistic and acceptable these type products are.
