Advantages availability of stores
Disadvantages very poor customer service and unwillingness to investigate complaints
I had a complaint about staff at one of Boots stores and despite it being chased up the store manager failed to respond. Six weeks later he still has not asnwered the complaint and the matter is being referred to a higher level. Has anyone else had problems of this nature when dealing with Boots. If so what was done about it.
The incident in question involved gross misconduct of staff working in the pharmacy and involved misusing patient data and breach of confidentiality. Boots have subsequently failed in their duty of care in relation to this matter.
Boots are no longer the only option and there are other places one can get pharmacy and personal products from and I suggest that people consider their options given my experiende of trying to resolve a serious concern unsuccessfully.

This is not a review. This is not the place to ask for help with Boots complaints procedures or whether anyone else has had the same problem. It is for consumer reviews.
