Bosch ART 23 G Easytrim

I bought the bosch easy trim grass trimmer in argos for 18.39 normal price 22.99.

When you open the box you will notice that it is in two halfs but with the cable through the middle of them both , you just have to push the two parts together until you hear a click , make sure the cable isn,t twisted though before you do that .

Once it it is assembled it can,t be took back apart again.

...the bottom of the trimmer this is easy enough though you just hook the guard on to the trimmer until you hear a click then you know it is secure.

It comes with 8m of trimmer line which is already in it .

It is 300 watts , and has a pro tap feed which simply means when you need more line you just tap the trimmer on the ground firmly but not to hard and more line will be realeased.

The cable length is 10m.

The trimmer can efficiently cut grass up to 15cm, any taller than that and its best to cut in small stages

~ How to use ~

As with all garden trimmers before you start i would advise that there are no children or pets about while you are strimming the grass for safety reasons.

The other thing i would advise is to wear trousers as the grass can be really sharp as it hits you when you are trimming it.

Well to use you put the plug in the wall socket, then
just grip the button on the handle part and it will start when you release the button it will stop.

You just move the trimmer from side to side and it will cut the grass , it very good also for around bushes and on slopes, it also does an excellent job on the edges of the grass.

Take care though around bushes plants and trees so you don,t damage them with the cutting line.

To cut short grass tilt the front of the trimmer .

~ My opinion ~

I was surprised at how well this trimmer worked as i,ve had strimmers before and they haven,t worked half as well as this one.

The grass in my garden is really tough and was quite long but it still got through it in no time.

Its easy to clean as well , unplug first then you can clean with a clean damp cloth , do not use water or anything else on it .
Rememebr to clean the ventilation slots as well so they don,t get blocked up with grass.
You can clean the trimmer guard as well in the same way , a small soft brush might be useful too.
