We had the fridge freezer for a couple of months when the fan got noisy. It was replaced under warranty, and the engineer told us that it was a common fault, and that Bosch had issued a modified part. Twelve months later and it has gone again, and the engineer has told us that Bosch has modified the parts for a second time. Each time the fan needs changing, the freezer must be defrosted for 2 days prior to the engineers visit. As I have only had the freezer for twelve months, and am about to have the third fan fitted, this is not a very good introduction to Bosch appliances, and I will never buy another I'm afraid.
