Advantages: Chills food unless you leave the door open, then it melts the door. Disadvantages: Light melts the door
If you leave the door accidently partly open then the bulb melts the top of the door. Bosch's response is that this is not adesign problem and they will not replace the melted parts. What a joke. The door design should be such that the door has to open far enough for it not to melt before the light comes on. Explained this to Bosch customer service and they put the phone down on me. You call this the actions of a decent company? I think not. Anyway, complained and have booked another engineer visit, hopefully this on is not as dumb as the last one. Will keep bookin appointments until they fix the problem . Stay clear, as personally melted plastic could lead to a fire risk. ...
