Advantages: tasty, good value food, decor service Disadvantages: Only one female toilet
I seem to be working my way through the range of Mediterranean cuisines. Next up is Turkish as I've found Tas Pide, a very good value restaurant on Bankside just across the road from the Globe Theatre.
Tas is a small chain of nine Turkish restaurants, bars and cafes located in central London. Its fairly easy to find Tas Pide, as it is only a stone throw away from London landmarks such as the Millennium Bridge, the Tate Modern and Saint Paul's Cathedral. Its easy to get to by public transport, as it is within walking distance of Blackfriars, Cannon Street and London Bridge railway stations. If you were arriving by tube its easy enough to get to from London Bridge (Northern and Jubilee), Southwark (Jubilee), Mansion House (District and circle) and saint Paul's (Central Line).

The machine itself can be adapted to suit a variety of cup sizes from large latte cups to small espresso cups. This machine is an intelligent one, using only barcodes printed on cartridges to determine which programme is to be used, ensuring the perfect hot drink every time. The water heats up in virtually no time at all, and is sourced from a 2 litre water tank which can be easily removed for refilling.
The products provided by Tassimo for this machine are great and you get exactly what you ask for when you insert your cartridges ...

Advantages: A huge variety of drinks Disadvantages: Some of the drinks are too small
I am now, after months of searching, the owner of a BoschTassimo coffee machine. Our cheap filter coffee machine packed in so we have been relying on the cafetiere, which is great but you are left with bits of coffee at the bottom of your mug! I have read so many reviews on coffee machines and still couldn't make up my mind. I looked at a variety of machines in shops but they were often very bulky. The filter coffee machines in the past have always been good but I wanted a bit more variety in my coffee. For example "a starbucks at home idea."

Three weeks ago we are again staring at the coffee machine shelf in John Lewis and noticed the Tassimo. It was compact, pleasing to eye and offered a huge variety of coffees, hot chocolates and teas. It was also fairly reasonably price at £97 although I see now you could purchase it ...
